I bring your projects to life with passion, but for everything to go smoothly, here's how the quote request process works:

Please send me the following information via the form:

• A clear description of your project (shape, type of jewelry, colors, inspirations, etc.)
• The desired material(s) (natural stones, metals, etc.)
• Your estimated budget
• Your complete contact details so I can get back to you (name, email, phone)

The more precise you are, the faster and more accurately I can respond ✍️ 

💡 What to know before submitting your request

• A minimum purchase of €40 is required for me to initiate the quote process.
• ✅ This amount will be deducted from the final price if you place an order.
• ❌ It will not be refunded if you do not proceed with the order (this helps to avoid frivolous requests). 

⏳ Deadlines & conditions

Once I receive your request, I will contact you within 3 to 5 business days to refine the project with you.

Depending on the complexity, manufacturing will then take between 1 and 4 weeks.
